Should I buy a Vesper Card?

I was looking at a Vesper Card for MVP and Thor.

Is it really useful? I was thinking it would greatly help with I MVP on my Professor, HP, or HW.
The +2 Dex is nice, too. I was thinking of putting it in Mini Glasses (1).

I would mainly use it for Prof because I usually have my DI Mid on. Would it increase the damage done by Wateball on Kasa? I know they have high MDEF.
