Need some GM Assistance...Added some Ad Credits...Didn't get them yet.

I just added some Ad Credits to my account from a Visa Gift Card I got for my birthday. I didn't get them yet and it's been like 10 minutes. I don't feel like getting banned because I did something wrong. I got an email from Amazon saying the payment went through fine.

File a support ticket with the Transaction code from the email.
