Monk's Iron Hand

Just became a Monk a moment ago, so I naturally leveled both Protection and Bane to 10 so that I could get Iron Hand, but when I try to click the skill purchase button, it won't put any points in it.

I was just wondering what might be wrong? I've tried respecing my skills points and relogging, but nothing helps.

You have to use all your aco skill points before you can use Monk skill points
