Well, if you remember your Email address you had it registered with, you'll be fine.
Send in a Support Ticket with this information:
1. The most recent screenshot that you have of you playing a character on your account.
2. The name of your Internet Service Provider (Ex. AOL, Comcast, NetZero, etc).
3. Your IP (Find out yours at
http://whatismyip.org/).
4. Your previous password for the account(s).
5. The last estimated date you were on the account(s).
6. The email account registered with the username(s) (If you still have access to it, we can send you your password to the email account).
