Why is it so hard to get a group for BG?

Ok we should do 2 Guilds at least, with a forum section for planning the matches and see if work that way.

The only problem will be, look a good leaders and sub leaders for both teams, who must be in charge of recruiting and calling members of his/her guild.

Edit: also the leader should teach their members, if they doesn't know what gears or card use, what they should use or do. Not every body knows how play and  some need help or they end giving up.

I was simply giving a suggestion that doesn't need GM intervention. I didn't say you "have to" recruit yourself into a top tier guild. I also didn't say that would magically solve all problems with BG. But if more new players were invited to top tier guilds, as Avenegra said, the leaders or the other guild members could teach them. That would surely make a lot less new players say "Oh this server is too hard, nobody talks, I quit."

Well, yeah, there's a point in MMOs where you are supposed to have done everything, which either ends up with the player quitting or becoming a PvP monster, but anywa.

My problem with your suggestion is that I can't do anything about it. I'm about to give up on battleground completely, which means I'll have to settle for another item for my plan.
I want to help promote stuff in-server, but so far, I have no idea what I could do.

Anyways, we need more PvP guilds around for a guild vs guild BG matches that'll be fun since everyone pretty much like PvP wars

It's possible to make it so you start off with 5v5 and more people can join on the matches.
You can buy this custom BG and stuff a group did, and it works real nice, but I think I remember reading something about you wanting to make everything yourself. 
Also the more I think about it, the less I think BG will be any better in this server even with some of these changes.

Starts off at 5v5, then the first person from each side will enter, making it 6v6.  If a person leaves, then anyone waiting on the opposite team gets in.

"Buy"? Well, sorry for being like that, but eAthena is an open source project, so I'd never buy anything related to eAthena. I'd either do it myself, or I'd hope for "free" code snippets that I can find on the eA forums. People trying to earn money by selling their code (that originated from an open source poject) are greedy. If I coded some great custom thing for an open source project, I'd made it publicly available for free.
