ask about owl duke card

how many % truly for casting imposito manus for this card?? i dont think its 3%...coz i compare it with 3% from cursed hand for fatal wound skill and its about 1:10 for the 3%.

It happens 1:10 of the time because theres 0.3% activation chance, not 3%.

Yea I bought this card too. Didn't even work properly waste of 5 ads I believe (bought it about a year ago) couldn't be eff'd making support so just sold it for 100k >_>.
