Do they do anything other then spam SG?
Or am I missing something critical?

our server allows paper builds, but there are still some room to be creative
but in all practicality most guilds just want you to freeze people

Grab a High Wizard card and you'll clean up a lot of the Mdef and Non Shield wearing classes with Jt spam. SG mobs until you can id those targets and Quag owns caster classes just make sure you don't cast it on your own crew how ever. -10 dex when you equip it so I think you need dex foods and a higher job leveled Hw or Sting Bris'.

Ask jamaluddin89, Hws can kill a group faster and safer than edp Sinx or ad spamming Bios at times.

JT spam, quagmire to slow people, ganbantein if there are no profs, MC people with GTB, SG to freeze, HD for those that don't freeze (probably wearing wind marc, so it does a lot of damage), SW if you have a link (if you're carrying a stone, you can cast skills that normally use them, and you can also reflect magic if you're carrying crystal fragments), meteor shower for stunning, sight to find people, grav field.

In addition to the above mentioned:

Ice wall can work if used correctly. It's tricky to cover everything though.

Fire Pillar locks whoever is hit in place until the damage is finished. It can be easily spammed and covers a 3x3 area (can't even attack)

Waterball can be incredibly destructive. Even with the magic damage reduction of WoE it can easily overwhelm squishier classes. This would only be useful for strays.
