Unidentified Elven Ears (0) Appearance Question

So, I've been farming Knockers for a shot at getting Elven Ears (0), so I can down the line make AWE (1).

I just wondered what they look like when they actually drop. They don't appear like the unidentified ribbons (accessory), do they?

Do they have like a helm sprite or look like the ears themselves?

They drop looking like ribbons. So you better pick all of them up
