Casting 16 quagmires and 7 tarot cards of fate when you need heal or assumptio is pretty annoying.

i use an armor and shield that auto heals, i might drop the shield for reduct though

Mjol + niff + RoR + pirate dagger = win
Just alt tab while you do stuff and switch over to greed occasionally. Works in a lot of places for afk leveling and loot. It just doesn't make very much.

that is also genius xD although greed stops other skills from casting? ive seen like 5 tarots flying out at once before o.o
