Has anyone know how to leave the guild leader ??
And has what good to be a guild leader ??

I'm not sure what you mean... If you want to leave your guild, just open your guild window (alt-G) and right click on your name, then click leave, and type your reason. If you want to disband your guild (and are the leader) kick everyone out, and type /breakguild "guild name" (where guild name is the name of your guild) and that should do you.

If you capture a castle and keep it till the end of WoE, you can access the guild dungeon and treasure room, which gives pretty good stuff.
