Customizing Valk Helms?

Is it sorta the same as customizing a Kaho where if someone has already done that customization it costs less ADs? And is there a list of already customized Valk Helms anywhere? :3

5      Change an already customized Kaho, Valkyrie Helm, or Pussy Cat Bell into another existing customization (must include username and password)
15     Change an already customized Kaho, Valkyrie Helm, or Pussy Cat Bell into a non-existing customization (must include username and password)
40     Change an uncustomized Kaho, Valkyrie Helm, or Pussy Cat Bell into a non-existing customization (must include username and password)
30     Change an uncustomized Kaho, Valkyrie Helm, or Pussy Cat Bell into an existing customization (must include username and password)
