Minstrel Song hat?

I know it's implemented but why is it that it can't be customized into a Kaho/Valk at this time...is it somehow bugged >.>;

It's just a sprite. I doubt it's "bugged". Perhaps because its a reward you get when change job into a Minstrel. Or the most likely reason.. You're on the blacklist. And the Staff are aware that you want this hat. So they will never implement it just because.. It's fun.

Unless it got missing sprites in it's spritesheet or something wonky like that.

Apparently the sprite is being withheld because they're not sure if they want to release it for the public...or decide to use it as an exclusive prize...
