A question about a possible service.

Quite a few people have gotten interested in a service I do for people. It's pretty much like a bank kind of system, though I am not exactly sure where I should place it in forums. Opinions?

I'm not saying you'll do anything mystic, but this sounds like a service we staff, if a ticket was ever made in regards to it, would smash our faces through the computer for an epic facepalm.  It's EXACTLY what we tell people not to do

I understand your position, a lot of people are encouraging me to make such a thread for it. @.@
It started out with friends/guildies and started getting popular from there. I know it's discouraged but, a lot of people like the service. I decided I would make a thread if 30+ people got interested enough. (Thinking it was a stretch and wouldn't happen.)
I guess I view it the same way players view leeching/account trading and other whatnot like that. This thread is mainly to gather opinions/suggestions for such a service if I take it main stream. Would be dealing with only zeny so I wouldn't imagine there would be a lot of tickets about it right?

There's LOTS of tickets about zeny scamming, AND there's always the idea of people turning it on you and claiming you scammed them, without you actually doing anything, but most likely, if you deal with a large client base, all we'd really see is you trading people, most likely just... doing your business, but all WE'D see, would be tons of trades, of money coming in and out of your account.  It'd be VERY hard for us to determine that, and if someone were to make a complaint, our most standard form of dealing with it, would be to temp ban your account to freeze transactions, and shift through the logs.  Which, if you have a big client base, would take a VERY long time, on top of all the other tickets.

Bottom line is, I say hey, go for it, but if anything goes wrong, don't expect your accounts to be freed from investigation for a VERY long time

I see. I have one last question before I finalize my decision on this. If I were to make such a service, and at the time of the said trade, I give some kind of ToS or acknowledgement that they are a willing participant in the service. Would this be sufficient protection for my accounts? All the trades and SS would line up perfectly with the time they traded me and when they got their money back. (would have a ending ToS too? )
Do you think I'd be within good terms then to do such a service? (A reasonably safe standpoint? )

You'd need to make sure you had screenies and all that... but maybe, honestly I'd say no to it period, if anything goes wrong, even WITH those screenies, we'd still probably freeze your account for investigation, and that could end up freezing a LOT of people's money
