i hope im not the only one who finds it annoying to use random combinations of punctuations and symbols to make a name unique ... or bothersome at least
I feel like whenever i try to pm someone with a name like that, they are trolling me in some subconscious way

Haha. Yeah it's a bit annoying to type in someones name who has many symbols. Or when your not sure if dude is using little "L" or "I" on name like "lilia".

Though I can understand how frustrating it is that someone has already taken your fav. nickname which you happen to use everywhere. I had that same problem here too with my nickkie. My first character turned out to be "Hikariina" instead of "Hikaru". But it's true that you either have to get compination of your nick or make new one. You can't force GMs to change someones nick just because you want it. Afterall aRO has kept datasbase since 2007... you never know if that dude decides to come back to aRO someday... Imagine his/hers face if character of his/her has suddenly changed name. haha. Money doesn't always help (;
