Syr's Cloak Of Feathers

The cloak is mainly for WoE purposes but I'm not sure what to card it with   
I was thinking raydric but a friend told me deviling might be better

Any other ideas? :)

meh... I normally use noxious more these days than raydric or deviling... it depends who your versing

WoE = Noxious

PvM = Deviling

Ranged will always be your worst enemy in WoE in my opinion.
