why rogue and thief aspd will decrease when using ddbs mace

Should be the aspd increase , and why my rouge show a sword instead of mace ( i using ddbs mace )

Mace has higher weapon delay than Dagger. A DDxx main gauche should be faster than a DDxx mace.

Thief classes have a heavy penalty when using a mace, thats just the way it is.
