Are Sýr's Cloak Of Feathers [1] and Fenrir Boots Soul Bound?

I kinda forgot about them after they first came out so I didn't pay attention to any of the info about them.

Fenrir's [1] are account bound, Syr's [1] are soul bound.

Ah... so it's a waste if all my char aren't on the same account.... Meh then I won't bother with either of them.

Fenrir's were made account bound because of the way SG skills work, being map bound, many people already had several SGs. I have made an account solely for my SGs due to leeching purposes and Fenrir's. SLs are supposed to be able to make more than one of their SQI due to being an Extended Class/Non Weapon SQI I believe (read something about that in the discussions), but this has not been implemented yet as far as I know.

I have mine all spread out so it would be a waste for me to get one of them. Anything that is account bound is kinda useless to me since I don't like 2 of the same thing on any one account. It's a personal pet peeve. I'd have to roll back characters and turn them into SG or pay to move characters just to make that thing worthwhile.

I moved my main SG and deleted/remade alts. I have an alt 89 SG for personal leeching and a 2nd 99 SG for WoE/PvP. Even so, with the new SG skill resetter, when you have Fenrir's you can reset your map/hatred bindings for 100k and 10 Crystal of Darkness, so you only effectively need one SG, and you can do the general Galions -> Odin's -> DG or whatever you like. With Syr's, you're limited to 1 Garment carding on 1 SL, but this was planned to be fixed.. sometime.

Well then when I feel like remaking all 6 of mine and they are properly fixed then I'll do something about getting that SQI. Either way I want a girl and a boy one so I'd have to make 2 of them which is just so...  </3

I will never waste money on the completely soul bound ones though. I'm not rebuying the same SQI 6 times.
