A question about carding.

Say this MvP or Monster is earth and brute.

Should I card a 4 slotted weapon with 4 vadon cards? 80% damage
 
or card it with 2 vadons and 2 kaho cards? 40%  40% damage

Which would be better?

Edit: on MVPs, AK cards are better. But if you can't afford..yeah.
