Emblem not showing up on flags

We've held the castle for 4 months lol, still no emblem. Tried reformatting the pic, no luck.  Any idea why?

I don't know if its a server side issue or a local machine issue, I don't see the emblem on some castles flags either.

from 0 to 94 and back to 0

the few times others capped us, their emblem showed up
