Ledger of Death drop rate

Whats the drop rate of Ledger of Death (first person to tell me an RMS number is stupid) because I'm hearing different answers on this server.

I think they just removed it from the drop rate of Beelz, but 0.1 is as low as that so..yeah...they don't want LoD in the market. :P

I believe they removed it to do testing first. Not sure what happened to that. Id say send in support ticket then depending on the answer a suggestion.
