They do not stack but it gives you double chance to get the food. I hope you understand.

To clarify you have two separate chances of food dropping so in theory there is the possibility of two pieces of food dropping from a single kill.

As far as I can remember, during the Dracula days, you get the same amount of food items with 1 blazer vs a 2 blazer.
