Y Will GM Do one Ticket But Not Other Ones

Firsrtly,I guess you don't have 15 ads.Go in game,shout "B>15 Ads L/O"maybe around 20m@1.2~1.3m each.If your stuff that being hacked is cheaper than 20m,better to ... forget it.
Secondly,"I've been wait for 4 days",is that sound too long waiting enough for you,there are people waiting for months,years or still not getting solved,even I had a ticket that getting solved about 4-5 months waiting.It's depend on how sensitive your case are.Scamming is one of them,Do Not trust or hand over any stuffs except you know him/her IRL,better to take SS everytime if you do.It's your fault if you are scammed.Please give time to GM and provide any proof if you have like SS.

Let me get this straight: you had a ticket, GM told you to pay, you open another one, and they both get locked?

i strted a ticket. the GM asked my frind that was hacked. for me to do one as well. in the ticket Gm say if i like my stuff back get 15.00 and reopen the ticket thay asked me to open. i did with the info of where i like my wepon at,and in last 4 days nothing on it . so i thout i needed to do a spind ticket to make it right. i did and the same GM tesla closed and locked it but did not do my main one thay sead to reopen. what im asking is Y thay locked out a spind ticket and not just do my main ticket. tesla found time to lock out a spind ticket on it, but did not do main ticket thay GM tesla sead to reopen 4 days now . and yeat i opened a spind ticket and tesla closed and locked it in less thin 3 hrs. here i been whating 4 days for my stuff back . i did every thing thay asked me to do . and yeat nothing. that better ass holes spaming on my forms queshon. if you dont like it and cant help stop talking here find a diff trind to slow down.......................... i hope next post is on topic and not bad mouthing me and my spelling.i was told this place for answes but all i get is how bad i spell and crap about avitars and my spelling i just like now know my ferst and only queston

i have 19.90 adds as i sead i have the adds i have had thim since i the 1st of the munth

and one more thing. i also sead GM knows the stuff mine thay GM tesla told me already thay know its mine. all i needed was 15.00. 10 for the 1st one and 5 for the last one 3 things in all but i no need the 3erd one look at my ferst post you will see i sead, i have the adds i have real money no need to buy adds in game, and have fun with my spelling

I made a ticket to get my stuff back that was hacked off of a friends account.  The GM told me that they already have my stuff back and all I have to do is pay 15 ads.  I've been waiting for 4 days now so I figured I should make a spend credit report since my main ticked is at a stand still.   The GM who was working on my ticket (GM tesla) closed and locked my spend credit request, however the main ticket was not taken care of.  I asked why a GM would take the time to lock the spend credit request and not just put the items they have already recovered on my account.

It has been hours from the spend credit request. I still don't know why a GM Tesla would lock my spend credit request and ignore my main ticket even though the items have already been recovered and GM Tesla knows the items are mine.  Why would GM tesla take to time to tell me to not to open up another ticket and not just give the already recovered items back.

Yeah, I guess it's now pretty obvious what happened after reading his last posts, and it seems that it is as I assumed.

@Thinker: Again, for the third time: You need to wait for the GM to tell you to make a spend credit request. Don't do it on your own. Tesla might be working on other recoveries first, because those tickets were sent in before yours. I'm pretty sure, though, that he'll answer your ticket in the next few days, because 15 ad credits mean, around 3 items, and that shouldn't be too hard to do. Just don't do the same mistake the next time, so you won't have to wait and pay 15 ad credits.

@SilentIce: If you're trying to be a troll, at least try a bit harder. Other than that, if that's all you're going to say in this thread, kindly leave. And work on your own punctuation and capitalization. God.

Well, recoveries with over 9000 items that have been resold multiple times might take several months, yeah, but recovering three items that are on a banned account shouldn't take longer than a month.

i just dont get it GM tesla all ready told me thay have my stuff. all i needed to do was reopen my ticket and GM tesla wood deal with it, and yeat nothing if GM tesla told me thay have thim y so hard and long to get thim back to me.

Even in cases where items haven't been resold at all it can still take months.
