Question about Amulets

I've got a few of these Amulets from the Munak family and was wondering, is it broke?
It's supposed to summon an undead monster right? Plus it's in 'item' so I can double click it, but nothing happens.

it did something once upon a time but it has since then been considered obsolete and the scripting for it deleted.
