ocean armour

i want to buy ocean armour but when i look at ratemyserver it says

the Saphien's Armor of Ocean 

• can only be worn by Swordman   Merchant   Knight   Blacksmith   Crusader   Alchemist 

and Saphien's Armor of Ocean  [1]  can be worn by Every Job Except Novice 

is it the same for our server?

so if i get a Saphien's Armor of Ocean  [1] all my chars can wear it right?  (excluding novice)

(it says the same thing with the other element armours)

Yes, every class except novice can use it.

actually we did. i no longer see any in anthem.
