The stipulation being that it activates rather randomly at a low chance each magic attack and lasts only for a few seconds. Don't expect to proc it often unless you cast fast already, in which case you're prolly better off either maintaining an IC gearset or using delay gearsets.

Enjoy your +2 int, it's a neat middle-tier card.

why not add in a -% after cast delay in the chance of the cast reduce %, could be a nice suggestion

The Isilla card is one of the most confusing cards I've ever seen. A custom card with a misleading description and is still basically useless? Isilla's brother Vanberk puts her to shame everyday of the week. And why do we need an hour to decide what spell we're going to get half cast time? The intel boost is the only thing she has going for her. =P

But its not really that wonderful, you need to wait to hit someone with magic with it, and also it's just for 5 seconds then waaaaait again for the buff.
