Nice first vid.  Next time you should do something more creative than the Jeopardy screens at the beginning, and for the love of God no more Nickleback.  ;)

Also I'm using programs I found around my computer. Most convenient for me. I just make do with what I have.

Add this "yt:crop=16:9 " to your "Tags" (on youtube) to change the aspect ratio from 4:3 to 16:9, it should remove the black bars from the sides of your video. Also the quality of the video is shitty and its very laggy.

Not really, Im quite sure you used Windows Movie Maker (or Windows Live Maker if you have win7) to edit the video. WMM doesnt make your videos laggy.
