Noxious Card?

In the Ad Credit shop it says "Reduce damage from Long Range attacks by 10%" and in RMS and in-game it says "Reduce damage from Long Range attacks by 10%.
10% Resistance to Neutral attacks." I'm not sure if it's an error in the Ad Cred shop description or it actually got nerfed. Any info? Thanks for any useful comments.  :)

It's the same. It hasn't been nerfed. The Ad shop description is just wrong.
