Ad cred ticket vs actual support ticket

So when I make a ticket involving ad credits they answer them very quickly?
Versus a ticket about a lost password or locked account, ect, ect. Why not say, "hey "donate" this much and we will give your ticket to somone who is dedicated to tickets." Cause I have 2 tickets id gladly pay to get answered favorably or unfavorably just I can either find a new server or stay here and play where I have friends. So anyways why do the tickets that involve ad credits get answered way before the others (made by the same player)?

Answering simple questions are easier than working on hacked, locked, acc, ect. since it takes some looking into.

Different GMs take on different tickets. The same GM who is fulfilling your spend request is not necessarily the one in charge of the group of account related tickets.

Same i think i waited like hour half for ticket involving forgotten password. Then 5mins for reply on ticket involving ads.

is your forgotten password ticket in question for some reason? Like were you sharing with a friend, someone else using your account, items on the account might've been borrowed, or you forgot your email and are finding it difficult to provide proof of ownership? Anything like that will take much extra time and will have to be sent to a GM who really knows how to work the server (a High GM) and they are often extremely busy, so that will explain it.

Spend credit requests, as far as I know, can be handled quickly because any available GM can do them.

Ad credit isn't that complicated i think so that's why it was prioritize over to the ones you made before.

This is actually the accurate answer. 

For instance, I don't work on certain issues, while Haine/Tesla/Schrodinger/Talis do things higher up in the foodchain.  Ryouki also handles specific tickets as well.  Donation issues are easily resolved as they take merely 2 minutes to resolve as it is just a matter of checking to see if the confirmation you've provided went through successfully and the Ads got lost in the process.  If the loss is a server issue, we will work to resolve it very quickly.
