General Egnigem Cenia Card

Does someone have this carded in a foot gear.  I'd like to run a test with it.  If you don't have it carded in a foot gear, do you have the card and willing to put it in a foot gear for testing.

I guess it's for increasing asura damage and giving some hp.
But still sohee gives more sp and lady tanee still no1.
