 if a player has not astked a monster or monsters  is it a KS
and is there KS alowed in GH prison
and if theres a monster or monsters that move a way from another player to you and you kill is that a KS

If you kill a monster that someone else is already attacking.
KS is allowed in prison.

However...KS = killstealing...so if you take a monster from another player without his agreement it is KS
GH is a free to KS area.

Do not attack or loot other players' monsters without their permission. This includes the use of the "Greed" skill.

    * A monster "belongs" to another player if it is attacking, being attacked by, trapped by, or following that player.
    * When casting area attacks, make sure not to hit other players' monsters.
    * Monsters that give the MVP sign when killed are exempt from this rule.
    * The maps pay_dun00, gl_prison, orcsdun01 and anthell01 are exempt from this rule. (Exception: You may not keep following another player around killing/looting their monsters without their permission.)
