Downloaded but can't run setup?

I downloaded the 1.6 gb file but when I try to install it nothing happens xept it gets a little laggy? Whats up?

• Did you already try to reboot your PC to see if it still happens afterwards?
• Which operating system are you using?
• Does the installer appear in the list of processes of your task manager (right click on task bar, then "Start Task Manager")? If it appears multiple times, close all processes, and then start the installer again, but only once.
• Try moving the installer file to a different folder/drive/partition, if possible, and then start it again.
• If the above mentioned stuff doesn't help, and if you've got a fast enough and unlimited internet connection, try the method outlined in the thread by clicking the link in my signature.
