Is it considered KS if...

2) Attackers of party A die and the monster in question( *cough*mammoth*cough ) choose to attack a member of party B (who were deliberately standing near it, but not attacking). The support of party A will obviously ress them but, now mammoth has chosen party B.
So whose mammoth is it now?

3) Making monster tele without directlly using a skill on it? Ice wall?

4) Party B is ksing party A and party A dies. After getting ressed can party A attack?(it was their mammoth to begin with.)

1]Pneumaing other players monsters is illegal, You can pneuma it if your party is tackling it. Rule void if target was a boss.
2] Party B owns the monster in that case - Standing near deliberately is an ok technique for a monster that should have been a Boss but is not. MPKing is however Illegal.
3]Same as 1] You can do whatever you want with it if you own the monster and nothing if the other party owns it.

Idk ,2 wrongs dont make one right. You could report all of Party B for KS and MPK.

Well itseems the mute for Ksing is 6 hours. Ksing + MPKING is probably 12 hours. So yea you lose 1 Mammoth and they lose 3 lol ? Although,this doesnt stop them from using other characters.

Well its a matter of Risk if 4 does happen . Try hitting the monster back but then you will need to prove that they KSed and MPKEd you first. Mammoth / Tendrillion will become bigger and complicated issues in the future. They should have given them the MVP sign and get rid of these issues.
