EE[1] bug?

So the level 70 requirement is not needed anymore? And is this just for the EE or is it for any other midgear[1]?

i dint know there was a level requirement. Anyway, i used my Vanberk Fish ears (Something like fish ears in mid head gear)
for leveling my characters, from level 0 high novice to whatever character they becoming. So, i am guessing, not a bug

This is a customized server . May restrictions are off including the 90lvl requirements on ancient accessories. BTW they kinda look nice on novices .

nope that's not a bug i also reported that last year.
