Hi, my sinx got silenced for kill stealing when in fact i haven't seen the report on me Ksing, i usually cloack and steal mavkas at moscovia and probably the guy who reported me didn't pm me if it is his first prey or mine and is probably a misunderstanding. pls help

If you're stealing monsters? no, it is not allowed, that's what it means to kill steal

You were reported via a ticket, if you want more details, you can make a ticket, but I can tell you right now it has all the right screenies and evidence.  And people are not obligated to pm you about KSing, it's up to you to make sure you're not taking someone else's kills.

no i meant. i use the skill steal on monsters that did not attack any players and i cloak always , the player that reported me must have seen the mavka at a distance but in fact i was really the one nearest to it, but due to my cloaking skill it did not see me, so i use the skill steal first.

edit: As far as i'm concerned i never kill steal anyone .

Mavkas are aggressive monsters, therefore once they are attacking a player, it is THEIR monster, if they ask for help, you can give it, but if they don't, and you attack that monster in any way, even via a skill that doesn't take hp, it's reportable.

i wish the screenies can display if i cloacked or not. But i assure you sir, i never kill steal on it. It must have been a misunderstanding on the reporter's part, and the reporter did not even pm me,shouldn't he be obliged to warn me first before reporting? i don't understand why.

They have no obligation to pm you, why should they have to pm you first?   That's a courtesy players sometimes give in case they think it's a mistake.  And it doesn't matter if you don't think you're kill stealing, server rules are server rules, nobody is going to be immune because their personal beliefs make them think they are not breaking the rules.  You broke the rules, you got caught, you got muted.  Mutes are warnings, so people know "oh, wow, I did something wrong, better stop."

if memory serves me right, was even haine that said that it would even boost the xp for the person that was killing. Though considering what schro said about OP (stole and KSed) yea, that's against the rules

That sounds stupid, u can't steal from a monster because it ks'ing and if ur cloaked like this guy said he was it could have been just coincidence that some guy ran near him when he went to steal and the mavka atkd him first before he stole.
