I shall attempt to explain what it is, to my knowledge, and how you can get it to work. x__x I'm going to apologize beforehand if this is confusing and makes no sense.
They're called Registration Keys. Registration Keys are these little things that tell your RO window to set up the hotkeys you like. So then you'll never have to put them up again! All you have to do is double click the link and press OK.
To make a link:
1] First log onto your character, and place your hotkeys accordingly to the way that floats your boat.
2] You can either log out OR stay logged in.
3] Go to Start menu, and click "Run".
3] Type in "regedit".
4] You will be prompted a window with HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE, and a couple other clickables.
5] Follow this path: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE \ SOFTWARE \ Gravity Soft \ Ragnarok \ ShortcutItem
6] Choose the server you'd like to use, and Right-click the name and choose "Export"
7] Save it someplace, where you will be able to access it easily.
8] Hurrah! You made a Registry Key Shortcut!
9] Double click this shortcut every time before you log start RO. [Better than setting up many hotkeys every single time.]
