Spent requests

If a spent request has taken longer than 48 hours can a player PM a GM about it? I know on the old website you could, but this new one says nothing about the 48 hour thing anymore ); (I have already PM'd Haine about my spent request, but nothing happened, so I'm just making sure).

The only 2 staff who can do spend credits are Haine and Tesla... nobody else except Talis has control of ads, so sometimes they can take a bit longer.
