You will need 1 Mr. Smile, completed the Umbala Language Quest, and have 2 gemstones of different colors.
1. Go to the house in Umbala on the far right. There's a portal but it will not allow you to go in. Insert the 2 gemstones (they have to be different colors) and speak to the Utan Shaman inside.
2. Go to the chieftain's hut at the top left, where you previously learned the Utan Language. Give him the Mr. Smile mask.
3. Go back to the Utan Shaman's hut, and insert the gemstones again. After this, you may just walk right in. Talk to the Utan Shaman.
