Questions about the Belmont Whip.....

I have a few questions about the Belmont Whip.  It will be my first SQI....

What are the stats (and skills) of the Belmont Whip?

What do I need to get one of those?  (Just asking to make sure if I have everything)

How much does it cost to get a brand new one (with no cards)?  (I know it's well over 100mil when you go sqi arena)

1 Rope[4]
1 Pest Card
1 Vadon Card
1 Eye of Dullahan
500 Frozen Arrow
1,000 Mute Arrow
100 Flame Heart
115,000,000 Zeny

Well, you need to pass SQi arena with 5 person party, and you need pair of seals like 1,2,3,4.  the way to SQi arena yuno city, go top or north part of map..

Now all I need is the Zeny and the party for the SQI arena.......
