It's called a Jur.

You cannot buy SQIs from the Ad Shop. Therefore, everything available is a normal weapon.
Unless you count Kahos as SQIs.

aw i was trying to level up faster, to do so i need to attack faster, but if i implanted the doppler card into it, then its not valuable

It's called a Jur.

You cannot buy SQIs from the Ad Shop. Therefore, everything available is a normal weapon.

It is valuable if you make it correctly.
Just because a weapon is not a SQI doesn't mean it's not valuable.

Depend..but if you try to make DDPT by your own, it cost a lot (since price of card is hella expensive right now)..and if you want to put your card at level 1 or 2 weapon, make sure it have +10 refinement rate

Like i said before, SQI is high end gear..it basically the strongest gear in this server

ok the specialty jur[4] is a level 1 weapon, so i need to get the refinement up to 10 before i start to implant the cards right? if so i dont know how to refinement item, could u help me out?
also theres one guy selling jur[4] ,with 2 Ds, and 2 mobsters. The price is at 46mil, is it a good price to worth invest into? oh and the order is DMMD

Yerp..if you don't have confident to refine, just buy it from other people..+10jur(4) cost around 600k-1m..
Ds? is that Doppel? you mean DDMM? for price 46m, it's not a bad deal..but i still not recommended you to get a dagger..
Dagger is better and selling rate for dagger also is more better than non-sqi jur

note : usually, if you carding the item by your own, it'll cost more..if you really care with your z, just do some calculation

he didnt put it in DDMM order, he put it in DMMD order, does it matter if u dont but it in the right order?
also with dagger, i cannot use SB, and its like the only skills thats good for assassin.
or i started to see things ur way now, if i get a dagger and have doppler cards in it, then with left hand and right hand mastery, i will be able do deal great damage with the speed just like SB. am i right? or would SB deal more damage?

Nope it doesn't matter..no matter you put your card like MMDD in order, people will call it DDMM..
If you focus on leveling, SB skill doesn't help much to be honest..you'll still focus on melee damage to beat the monster (unless you got someone bragi you or you wearing delay reduction gear just to spam SB)..and i don't think SB damage output for non-sqi jur is ridiculously high..
but if you lack of budget, you can start with this jur first and start farming money to buy other stuff..

Dagger doesn't allow user to use sonic blow but if you become assassin cross, you can use soul breaker skill
Comparing dps (damage per second) damage and skill damage isn't right comparison since assassin always focus with their dps..
Not to mention to strengthen your SB damage, you need to pre-buff (link and edp)..if you not pre-buffing, it's better if you focus on your dps
