NPCs?

today i played RO, to visit, and wanted to cook something.
But i have a question:
is Ment,

and Amulet,
http://ratemyserver.net/index.php?page=item_db&item_id=609
anywhere sold by an NPC?
sometimes RMS is different than this server, so i need to ask you.
I looked on the NPC shop list in forums, but it isn't up to date, 2009
and there are still missing some NPCs.
so i have to ask you, does any NPC selling one of this items?

I don't think there are npcs selling those items

but

I have a crap load of amulets in my storage though
I'll sell them for cheap price

never saw an NPC selling those items if there is none,
farming is the only way or buy from other players
