Can it remove any buff on MVPs or are there some that can't be removed?

Nice question, i thought about too on satan morroc dispell his assump... My friend told me it would work but it failed because his slaves will cast it again

not sure.. but i've read stat food buffs can't be remove by dispell..

I'm pretty sure dispell works on skills that normal players can cast. NPC-only skills cannot be dispelled.

Vends can no longer be overlapped.
Dispell will no longer affect Warm Wind or Star Gladiator's Miracle.
Dead Branches and Bloody Branches will now despawn after 3 hours and 30 minutes if not killed.
Stat food will no longer disappear upon death.

I read FCP can't be dispelled.. why the heck not? >: I have tested it on numerous MvP's, and I believe some skills can be dispelled and others cannot.
