parents shareing exp with baby

hello all, i know this might soumd like a dumb question but i can not share exp with my baby. i have the mom,dad, and baby on all in the same party and i cant share exp.... am i doing something wrong?  baby is 22, mom is 97 Soul Linker, and dad is 80 Lord Knight thanks for your time ^_^

I remmember family exp sharing always fucking up for me as well. Have you tried just having one parent in the party?

I think the parents had to be in a 10 level range of each other to do that. The baby is exempt from the level limit but parents aren't. Not 100% on this though.

As i know the lvl of the characters is not important
