How do these work?

A] if you die with these you are auto-resurrected and a token gets used
or
B] When you die you can resurrect yourself by double clicking the token.

If I'm not wrong,It will said when you die with three options:
Resurrect
Back to town
Back to game

[Haine]

It basically sits in your etc inventory until you die. Once you die, as Kane stated, you have the options of

Resurrection
Return to last save point
Return to game

If you chose Resurrection, the token gets consumed. If you simply return to your last save point, the item gets saved.

Cool, so if there is a HP in the team then I need not use the token but if the HP is down then I could use the tokens for self-resurrection ? Will these work inside Endless tower ?

According to iRO wiki they do still work in Endless tower ;o

I think (probably wrong) Haine said they were disabled for Endless.
