Can't download the installer. Correctly.

Okay, I had to delete the installer first, b/c it was corrupt and crashed my computer whn I clicked it, but now, I can't download it.
Like, I download it and stuff, but it can't read the file. I'm using GoogleChrome is that helps, and I just wiped my computer completely.
