Get Champ to lure him into a corner. Ice Wall them in and DPS or Bragi SS with Snipers. Assumptio recommended. Keep champ SW'ed and make sure he has 100+ slims in emergency cases.

GR is Ghostring. It doesn't work with monsters except for certain skills, SP or Spiral pierce being one of them. Players are affected by GR normally though unless they change elements they attack with. Example Immaterial arrows vs a player with GR and Devi would do a lot more than a neutral arrow.
A GR effects MVP's the same as any other monster. Same skills reduced by same amount.

I'm understood that GR (Ghostring) works against monster's Spiral Pierce and Earthquake by reducing their neutral property, anything else, DOES NOT work in PVM.
Also, HPs must be curing / blessing stoned/status'd players because at some point Beelz likes to spam statuses. It is good to have a second tank too, just in case Beelz Expulses the main tank (teleports it away) and breaks free, but its not really neccesary (1% chance).

actually pneuma > sw. if the main dmg dealer is a hwiz, pneuma will make it easier.
already tried to tank belz and the only prob is the ridiculous dmg from spiral, everything else is easily outhealed, even pulse strike

Depends. It is possible with Hwiz but he better have Vesper or Hwiz to get past His Mdef. Sniper will always beat Hwiz in damage to single targets. Especially to Beezle. Also if you use Hwiz Bragi might be needed as well as magni. With Sniper you just need the tank, unless you want to spam pots.
