hi is there an npc for this on how to make those?and this box i forgot what its called that gives a +20 attack for 60 minutes? box of refreshment i think?

Box of resentment. +20 atk for 60 seconds. I don't think it's obtained from cooking. I'd check RMS but can't access it atm. (School computers >>; )

I'm not sure about the cooking but you need ingredients + book and maybe something else? I believe it's like forging weapons but I could be wrong.

Edit: I think you can get them if you have a raydric archer card.

For the Box: Yeah, DA is correct - Raydric Archer card allows a small chance of a Monster Dropping the Box.
There are quite a few other cards that have similar Effects, and drop other boxes with different effects.
