Does it normaly take this long?

Is it normal to not have your support ticket answered for more than 27 days? I'm really not trying to be impatient but it has been about 27 days and my ticket was answered in less than a week every time before this and even at the start of this ticket, I was just wondering if the wait was normal. I am totally ok with waiting I know the GM's are busy and as I said I’m really not writing this to try and rush them. I was just wondering if maybe they could have lost track of it or something and wondering if I should start a new ticket or just keep waiting.

There's probably no "2 year" tickets, no. Most of those were from the goddamn server split 'n stupid people being stupid.

Actually there are still people waiting for there tickets to be answered from the server split.  I know of at least two very old tickets myself and the cockroach rule probably applies in that if there is one you know about, there are many others you don't know about.

They didn't lose track.  They have a system in place to make sure they don't lose track.  Just be sure your not bumping your ticket because that puts it on the bottom of the list.  Also make sure it says it is waiting for GM response and not waiting for player response because tickets become invisible to them when they are waiting for a player to respond to it.  Usually they try to be very vigilant with the newer tickets because tickets tend to take longer to do the older they are.  It also depends are how difficult your ticket is to handle on how fast it gets done.

Exactly. Server split. Do you have any idea how much server to server trading happened 'n so on? No. Probably not. People with tickets from that time will probably not get them solved. :<

Ok thanks, I was just wondering if it was normal and since it seems to be I will just wait patiently just hope it dosnt take 2 years lol.

mine i think it has been almost 5 months .. =.= but its a major thingy, so i dun mind waiting. plus, im back studying now so im hoping its done by the next summer holiday May 2011 haha ..

good luck waiting, i suggest u stop checking it daily  try weekly, its less painful.

For everyone waiting more than 1 year or so, and if it's nothing SUPER DUPER HERP DURP MAJOR, Just close it and move ahead. I know I did it recently over a lost account a few months back.

GMs are probably busy arranging the Halloween event or renovating the website right now.

GM Tesla made quick work with my support tickets on unslotting last week. Same with GM Haine.

Currently waiting for my custom kaho's sprite to be changed (oct12) and getting another BabyGarm taming item (sep14). I'm in no rush though.
