i believe he don't tell to you coz if he does you tell to someone and so on.

seems not lying... because last time he sell me the zeny for real money. it just based on trust. but he never disappointed me when dealing with him. when i ask him how he get it then he reluctant to tell.

anyway.. i don't have a problem as long i can buy zeny from him.
