Unslotting cards from equips

Hello everyone. I was wondering how much it costs to unslot cards from equips and to keep the item. and how do i do it, if you could please explain. any help will be greatly appreciated.

$5   Name Change or Sex Change
$5   Move a Character to a Different Account or Slot (MUST include all usernames and passwords involved)
$10   Roll back a character to a precusor of its current class (free if you changed by accident and are still job level 1) (items in cart will be lost) (a character can only ever make one SQI weapon) (please specify which previous class or we will assume Novice or High Novice)
$5   Guild Name Change (requires reboot)
$5   Guild Leader Change (requires reboot; new leader must already be in the guild)
$5   Begin Unslotting Process
+ $2 for each card removed
+ $2 if you want to keep the remaining item
Note about Name Changes & Character Moves:

If you are a guild leader, let us know when ordering, as your order can only be performed during a reboot (otherwise, you lose control of your guild)
If you are not a guild leader, leave your guild before ordering (you can join back after your order is processed)
Leave your party before ordering
Note about Sex Changes: Sex is tracked per account, not per character. This means:

If you request a sex change for one character, all other characters in the same account will be affected
If you move a character to different sexed account, that character's sex also changes
You may not sex change an account that contains a bard or dancer
You may not move a bard or dancer to a different sexed account
