You guys really need to learn that forums are not the way to go about getting issues solved.  We try to be as active as we can be, but we can easily miss topics that then get lost among all the other topics made.  Support tickets, support tickets support tickets support tickets.

Mistakes happen, and not all the staff can handle donation issues, as far as I'm aware, Haine and Talis are the only two who have access to handle them.

I'm just waiting on a verification now, so you should be credited pretty soon. Sometimes Amazon won't automatically auto-credit people for whatever reason.
